• * The product image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the local availability to facilitate last moment deliveries. Your gift can arrive in more than one packet based on the products in the gift for safety and packaging reasons.
• * Attempt to deliver at the recipient address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• * This product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. In certain rare circumstances, gift may be delivered prior or get delayed due to unforeseen situations on our logistics partner.
• * Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be available.
• * Substitution Policy:
• ** On rare occasions, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. We will not hold up an order and will simply automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage. Please be assured that we will only substitute with a vintage for the same varietal (Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot etc.)
• ** Also at times substitution of certain brands/products are necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced brands/products will be of similar weight.
