Do you ship products anywhere in the world?

All products are locally sourced to get you the best available through our operations and partnerships with leading vendors. shipping International Delivery is available in the regions that we serve, as per Terms and Conditions on the product details page.
What are the available shipping options? What are your shipping rates?
Standard shipping options are free of charge. Cut Off times are reflected on product pages before adding them to cart. Shipping orders placed cut off time will not ship until the next business day arrives, regardless of delivery method.
Do you deliver products the same day?
We offer Same day, Next Day & Free Standard delivery Options for all products depending on country and its operations. The available shipping options are mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the product details page.
What is the normal delivery hours?
Delivery hours in India are 8 am - 9pm local time, while elsewhere throughout the world is 9 am - 9 pm local time.
Do you offer fixed time delivery?Right now we do not offer fixed time delivery on the website. However, if you have a specific, please do not hesitate to call our care center at 1800 121 5255 .
If a product does not offer Next Day Delivery and I choose as Next Day date while checkout. Would you deliver next day?
The shipping options available on the product details page hold precedence. Your preferred delivery date will only be in consideration if it is as per the available delivery options for that product.
I order a product available for next day delivery at 11pm IST ? Would it still be delivered?
Each product and country has a different cut off. If a product is ordered within the Cut Off timings as mentioned on product Information page, the delivery options will be honored.
What will happen of the recipient is not available to accept the delivery?
All deliveries will be attempted only once. For courier products, the courier company will take a decision to either leave the product with a neighbor/ apartment office or leave a redelivery or pick notice on the door. However below cases, the order will be considered as executed and no reattempt for delivery or refund shall be possible thereafter: -
- Wrong delivery address
- Wrong contact details/Unreachable/Unanswered etc.
- Recipient not available or refused to accept the delivery
- Premises locked.

What is an undelivered order? What should I do?
An order is marked undelivered when no one is available to sign for the package, or when an address is incorrect. Undelivered packages will be returned to our fulfillment center after attempts by USPS/UPS/FedEx/Local Courier Company or Hand Delivery from our Partners is complete. If you have concerns that your shipment is now marked as "undelivered," please contact Customer Care at 1800-121-5255
Does wine products ship to my state in the US?
Yes, we ship to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. However, product availability varies by state. US State laws on shipping wine are complex and there are some states that prohibit out-of-state retailers from shipping wine into their state. If such a situation arises, we would let you know within 24hrs of receiving your order.
Can I send my order to someone else as a gift?
Yes. As long as the address is within our shipping area. On the Billing / Review page during Checkout, you may include a personalized note! Keep in mind that the receiver must be available at time & date of delivery chosen by you, as wine products have to be accepted by someone 21+ years of age..
Do you ship to P.O., A.P.O or F.P.O box offices?
We cannot ship to a P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. boxes.
What is vintage substitution? Why was a different vintage shipped than what I ordered?
Many of our wines are labelled with a specific vintage (year of production). Occasionally, a specific vintage may have sold out and is no longer available. In those rare cases, our staff may select a similar available vintage of equal or more value to complete your order.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to make customers happy with with their orders. We do not accept returns at this moment. I have been issued a refund but I do not see the charged amount back into my account?
Even though a refund might have been issued by 1800GiftPortal.com, the financial institutions/banks can take up to 3-5 business days to process the charges back into your account. This is normal processing time taken by financial institutions.
