  • This is a 8" delicately light and fresh fruity cake with the perfect balance of zesty lemon cream and natural blueberry deli fruit, adorned with a cascading ribbon of candied lemon slices and dotted with piped blueberries and lemon and blueberry cream.
  • Three layers of supreme plain sponge are filled with rings of light and zesty lemon cream and blueberry fruit filling. The cake is thinly coated with a fresh lemon cream with blueberry fruit bursting through the sides.
