• * Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be available.
• * Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
• * Substitution Policy : Occasionally, substitution of flowers/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occassion. Replaced flowers/design will be of similar value.
