• * Attempt to deliver at the recipient address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• This product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your gift may be delivered a day prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
• * Substitution Policy : Occasionally, substitution of brands/products is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced brands/products will be of similar genre.
• A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products like flowers or cakes.
• * Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be available. If no one is available, the courier company takes the best call to leave it outside the door or at apartment office or to be collected, based on local situations.
