• * Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
• * Substitution Policy : Occasionally, substitution of flowers/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced flowers/design will be of similar value.
