- The photos on this web site are provided to assist you in choosing the right product. These photos are meant to be samples only and are not intended to provide an exact match to the actual product. Colors and photo size may vary based upon your screen resolution and other computer settings outside of 1800GiftPortal control. We shall not be held responsible for any variation between the photos on this website and the actual product. What this means is that, we will never send you a Vanilla cake, if you have ordered a chocolate cake. However, the chocolate cake design may vary based on local and supply conditions.
- Most of our international orders are fulfilled locally in that country through our offices and our trusted partners. We strive to bring the best products at economical prices and our catalog is ever expanding. Though we ship most our products internationally, not all products are available in all countries. Each product has a shipping country and it can be shipped to that country only.
- All credits posting to a customer''s credit card account takes about 3 business days to be processed by 1800GiftPortal. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer''s accounts from the date 1800GiftPortal has processed the credits.
- Please note that all items in your order may not arrive in one packet. The items may be split into one or more packages depending on the content and suppliers. Tracking numbers for each of these packages will be provided.
- Please note that the packages should be received in the timeframe that you have chosen at checkout. If your package has not arrived in 48 hours after expected delivery date, customers are requested to send in an email to [email protected], informing the non-receipt of the package. This will enable 1800GiftpPortal to pursue this with its third party insurance company or logistic company. Once the claim is accepted, we will immediately reprocess the shipments or refund as desired by the customer.
- Order Cancellation : We will hold the order to be processed if there is a lack of merchandise or otherwise and notify the customers of the same. If customers wish to cancel an order, they are required to intimate 1800GiftPortal either by email at [email protected] or by speaking to a customer support representative. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been "In Process" status.
- Please be aware that all shipments to any College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer''s risk. If the school''s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, 1800GiftPortal.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer''s account, nor shall 1800GiftPortal.com attempt re-shipment of the same order.
- Standard Free shipping information varies from product to product and is mentioned on the product information page. If no such information is available, 2 business day Free shipping is available on all products.
- Business day is Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 9 PM, in most countries. Time Specific, Saturday and Sunday delivery is available at additional cost if applicable. You must choose Saturday delivery while checkout, if available. Midnight deliveries in India for perishable items is INR 225 extra. Perishable item delivery for Goa is INR 349 extra. Please Note *Deliveries for Rakhi will be dispatched a day prior to Rakhi or on order date, no guarantee for occasion day delivery. Courier can deliver it a day prior or later than the delivery date, no refunds applicable.
- No deliveries on holidays. Deliveries will be made on the following business day.
- If the product that you ordered, gets out of stock for any unforeseen reasons, we would let you know within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a replacement or a complete order amount will be refunded.
- Shipping agencies work differently in various countries. For example, in India, where courier companies make sure to call the recipient for deliveries, in United States this does not happen. Hence, requests for calling before delivery does not work in the US.
- Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of shipping addresses, and to make sure that someone is available to accept delivery.
- If no one is present, the delivery agency uses their best judgment on the safety of the delivery, and will leave the product on the doorstep or with a neighbor/apartment office.
- For floral products: vase or anything else shown in the image apart from flowers is not a part of the delivered product, unless specifically mentioned. Vase when a part of the floral products might vary slightly in design based on availability.
- For wine products: Wine is shipped to most states in USA. However, State laws on shipping wine are complex and there are some states that prohibit out-of-state retailers from shipping wine into their state. If we can''t ship wine to your selected state, we will notify you within 24 hours. A full refund will be made in such a case.
- Certain states in the USA and few other countries regulations prohibit wine and food from being shipped in the same package. Gifts and Baskets ordered that include both food and wine will be sent in two separate packages.
- To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE/ZIP CODE and recipient phone number. We will not be responsible for postal delays or undelivered orders resulting from incomplete address listings.
In case of receipt of damaged perishable items, please contact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. We may or may not, request you to send the package back to us for further inspection.
We''re dedicated at offering you the best quality in our products and service. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help with those problems.
Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements. We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach out to us, we''ll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It''s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives; merchandise without a RETURN FORM will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
If any packages are returned back to 1800GiftPortal.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers will be held responsible. No refunds or cancellation will be done in such a scenario.

- Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hrs or receiving the item in question.
- Never send a returned item until you have been asked to do so by us
